
ISSC Logo Regulation and Usage Policy
1. Certificate Ownership and Management
All certificates issued by ISSC remain the sole property of the company.
Clients must return certificates immediately upon ISSC's request, especially in cases of suspension, withdrawal, or expiry.
2. Proper Use of Certificates and Certification Marks
Accurate Representation
Certified clients are responsible for ensuring that references to ISSC certifications are clear, accurate, and not misleading.
The use of ISSC certificates or marks must strictly reflect the scope and type of certification granted. It must not imply product approval, guarantee, or certification beyond management system certification.
Consequences of Misuse
Any misuse of certificates or certification marks may result in:
Formal corrective actions
Suspension or withdrawal of certification
Public disclosure of misuse
Legal action, where necessary
3. ISSC Certification Logo Usage Guidelines
3.1 License and Permitted Use
The ISSC certification logo is licensed exclusively to clients certified by ISSC.
Permitted only for organizations who:
Hold valid certification to ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 50001, 55001, 22000, 27001, 21001, or 20000-1.
The logo may appear on:
Corporate documents
Websites, brochures, presentations
Email signatures or marketing materials relevant to certified activities
The certification number and certified scope must be clearly shown alongside the logo.
The logo may be printed in one color that matches company branding.
3.2 Restrictions on Use
The ISSC logo must not be used on:
Products or packaging
Laboratory test reports or inspection documents
Logo alterations are prohibited, including:
Cropping, stretching, or color changes
Placement on complex or low-contrast backgrounds that affect readability
4. Compliance and Monitoring
ISSC reserves the right to control and audit the use of its certification logo. Enforcement actions include:
Requests for immediate corrections or removals
Suspension or withdrawal of certification
Legal action or public disclosure if misuse persists
5. Logo Specifications and Design Standards
5.1 Dimensions and Clear Space
Minimum Size:
Print: Not less than 2.5 cm in width
Digital: Not less than 72 pixels wide
Clear Space:
Maintain a space equal to the height of the "C" in the logo on all sides
